JIN GANGTM Ceramic Rollers
JIN GANGTM ceramic rollers are made with patentedCool Isostatic Pressing Technique.Therefore, they have advantagesof high bulk density, low water absorption and excellent strengthunder high temperature. They are widely used in industrial kilns,such as building ceramics, household porcelain, microcrystal glass,magnetic materials and so on.
S-6000(GF98): is durable for life used under 1400. Its hightemperature bending strength under 1350 exceeds 70Mpa.
S-4000(DF95): has the largest sales volume and is the bestchoice for roller kiln. The output can be increased by 15%-20%compared with using non-isostatic pressing rollers.
S-3000(VF95): with the properties of excellent shock resistance,especially fitting for kilns for glazed tiles. It has the best costperformance.
VS-3000(VJ95): can suffer from blowing from strong airflow infast cooling section. It is especially suitable for applying infast cooling section of roller kiln.
KF-A: With excellent characteristics of resistance to alkali,oil and cinder, this kind of roller is fit for kilns with heavyoil, oil mixture, residual oil, coal tar, water gas and strongalkaline atmosphere.
