1. General requirement ofline

1.1 Line type: PDX type , longbar style, single belt , opposite seat type.

1.2 Worker’s seats:10*2=20pieces

1.3 The length of seats:1000mm.   Total length:10m

1.4 Total line width: belt(400mm)     Per worktable width:400mm,total:1200mm

1.5. The height of line body:about 2m, The height of worktable surface:720-750 ( adjustable)

1.6. Speed of conveyer:0.3-3m/min ( adjust frequency)

1.7 Conveyer medium: green colorPVC, static avoid belt ( thickness: 2mm )

2. Requirement ofstructure

1.The total line use 30*40mmrectangle pipe as skeleton, outer shield frame use DQ308 specificaluminum alloy material, install hopper and hanger.

2.The line body is single wingtype haulm , up-shed open type, equipped 2 pieces of 15W energysaving lamp ( adjustable ) installed in the up-shed.

3.Both sides of worktable arelayer press plate, put on 3mm green ripple rubber, plastic aroundthe groove.

4.Instrument meter equipped onthe conveyer belt in the middle of worker seat, and equipped onelamp holder, one technology drawing.

5.Per worker’s seat equipped onetool box, plate inside, one power box ( two bores, three bores ),lamp holder , one iron barrel, one fuse holder.)

6.The whole line equipped one setof wind pipe, per worker’s seat install one wind absorb pipe.( thebuyer should responsible for the cost of wind pipe except whichequipped by the line )

7.The control box is undermachine’s head.
