Chair Drop Impact Tester

Chair Impact Testing Machine  is used to evaluate of the chair to withstand heavy and abusive impact forces on the seat.

Specification:

1) Impact Bag lift up by motor + electro-magnetic clutch, and released free drop on to the seat.

   (note : Able to work for STATIC LOAD TEST, DYNAMIC TEST & LOAD & EASE TEST)

2) Lift height is settable, counted by an encoder for precise height setting.

   (from 100 mm to 1050 mm measure from the base of the impact bag)

3)  1 set of diameter 16" (406 mm) impact bag with lead shot weighted 102 kg included.

4)  Additional weight 34 kg provided.

5)  6 digits pre-set counter for test cycle setting.

6)  Test speed adjustable from 1 to 30 cycles per minute

7)  Power : 220 volt AC, 1200W or custom
