CNC machining

We have a perfect design and development capability, and strong technical force, possess medium-sized CNC machining center, and full range of production equipment. All moulds using CAD/CAD/CAE advanced technology design, the aluminum casting use sand casting (resin sand, water glass sand, etc.), low pressure casting, gravity die casting, shell & core casting process. We can produce a single piece weighing 0.02 kg to 500 kg of castings, along with a full set of aluminum alloy castings heat treatment equipments.

With 5 sets of advanced large-scale machining center, have more than 40 sets of auxiliary equipment of lathe, milling, drilling, grinding etc. can meet needs of different customers.
