Our desiccated Coconut is a grated, dried (3% moisture contentmax.) and unsweetened fresh meat or kernel of a mature fruit ofcoconut. Desiccated Coconuts are graded by its cutting size likefine grade and medium grade where fine grade is smaller particlesize than the medium grade.

Applications of Desiccated Coconut Powder:

Our desiccated Coconut is ideal for use as fillers, toppings and asingredients, especially in the baking of biscuits, snack bars,cakes, cookies and so on.

Our good quality desiccated coconut is white in color. It isreasonably free from yellow specks, black spots and otherdiscolorations. Our desiccated coconut powder and flakes is sweetaroma of coconut, mild characteristic of coconut without rancid andeven particle size distribution.

The value of Desiccated Coconut lies at the fat content. DesiccatedCoconut is categorized into full fat (high fat) or reduced fat (lowfat). A full fat Desiccated Coconut has a minimum of 60% fat; anylesser is a reduced fat Desiccated Coconut. Full fat DesiccatedCoconut has higher monetary value than the reduced fat.
