Design Theory

2. Counterpressure lubrication for transmission system ensures high reliability of lubricating result and also avoids heavy mass press to decrease the bearing strength when crankshaft drilling lube hole.

3. Superior rigidity crankcase endures inside pressure to realize zero leakage.

4. Cylinders cools naturally, compressed gas cools by closed circulation or air without the limitation of water source and high and cold climate. This compressor can be used at all-weather clime as Gobi and desert.

5. PLC core controlled unit used for compressor electric control system with the functions of automatic control and protection, automatic start-up and shut-down; updated soft starter is used for smoothly start up of the main electric motor; touch screen is set for easy input, modification, transfer of any parameters at work to monitor the running of compressor; also other functions include sound and light controlled for alarm, trouble hint and treatment etc.
