Computerized High-end Shuttle Multi-needle Quilting Machine For Garments

without cam avoiding lubrication and dirty of marterial

 

Main Function:

 

1).   Adopt the advanced computer and mechanistic technology. 

2).   Saddling rack and roller are drive by servo equipment.

3).   Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device.

4).   Adjust speed by computer and the speed can reach 550r/min.

       The stitch can be set between 2-6mm.

5).  The needle bar running with needle bar frame structure is more firm and durable,

7).   360 °  random quilting and limitless multi-span and independent quilting

8).   Advanced and practical testing upper thread broken techniques ,
