Continious Band Sealing Machine

Continious Band Sealer Is third generation sealaing machine which replaces the old and not so efficient impilse sealer. This machine is used to seal the plastic pouches filled with both solid as well as liquid products. This is an automatic machine and a continious process. Pouches filled with the products should be fed into the machine from the right side and the pouch travels on the comveyer. In this process the pouch gets sealed in between twin heating elements.unlike the impulse sealer, this machine sealing width 0.5 inchs. pouch's opening will be sealed in a band shape and thus ensuring the safety of the product. The main feature of this product is that it can be used both vertically as well as horizontally.
