CPVC Glue/adhesive
CPVC Glue is especially suitable for rigid PVC pipe, U-PVC pipe,CPVC pipe and pipe fittings of inlet pipeline and drainage pipelineand also for ABS polymethyl-methacrylate. It has many finecharacteristic, such as the pressure resistance, heat-resisting,acid and alkali resisting.
1. Moderate viscosity: Solid content ≥ 15%, viscosity≥ 700mpa. S,It is transparent and ropy liquid. It is applied to bonding PVCpipeline. ≤ 3.
2. High viscosity: Solid content ≥ 20%, viscosity≥ 1000mpa. S, Itis transparent and ropy liquid. It is applied to bonding PVCpipeline≥ 3.
The glue should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated places withcover sealed. Keep away

Direction:
1. Use sandpaper to make the surface of pipe or pipe fitting rough,chamfered edge.
2. The grease, smirch of the contacted surface must be cleaned offby acetone.
3. Both sides of the material must be applied the glue. Theinserting side of pipeline reverses 90° , in order to make itscontact face have well-proportioned glue, then positioning.

Storage:
The glue should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated places withcover sealed. Keep away from high temperature and fire. Thecontainer should be sealed tightly.
