Sintered Neodymium (NdFeB)magnets are also referred to as “neo” magnets. They are particularly suitable for high volume production in a wide variety of shape and size. Precise dimensional control is achieved in machining processes.
- Sintered NdFeB magnetic performance is widespread,and big various from different grade,Br:10.4~14.8KGs,Hci:14~35KOe,Bhmax:26~53MGOe.
- Due to NdFeB is corroded easily,coating is a necessary process.Electro plating,electrophoresis epoxy and Passivation are often used.Zn,Ni,Ni-Cu-Ni.
- Salt spray testing :24~200 Hours Max.
- Working temperature:80°C~230 °C.
- Due to NdFeB is so brittle,wall thickness need be more than 0.8mm.
- Max Magnetizing thickness is about 55mm.
- Tolerance:+/-0.05mm or tighter.
