MS - 2 deep hole grinding machine
Main features:
★Feed and compensation of the machine tools by means of two independent driving mechanism is carried out. Feed system with fixed distance grinding function, using manual or hydraulic two feeding way.
★The machine is equipped with jumping mechanism, so don't have to manually after exit grinding wheel for measurement or dressing on the knife.
★The workbench consists of stop motion to retreat quickly, the distance can be adjusted according to the need to retreat quickly, in order to reduce auxiliary time.
★The workbench start handle is equipped with safety interlock the workbench, ensure safety during loading and loading and unloading and measurements.
★The maximum speed of machine tool spindle is 24000 RPM, in order to improve the grinding.
★Special orders. Can be modified electric spindle inverter to grinding small diameter of the inner hole.
