Development Flowchart

1. Customer provides 2D drawing, 3D drawing or samples.

2. To discuss the product function, the shape, material, and other demands between customers and our engineers.

3. According the information, to process choosing plastic and mold material, mold making process, and quotation.

4. If quotation is ok and /confirm/ied, we will do product and mold 3D drawing modification, and injection moldflow analyze.

5. We will send 3D drawing to customers to do final /confirm/iation.

6. If there is any question, to modify the drawing and confirm again.

7. Drawing Checking is ok. We will process making hand-made samples, if need.

8. After samples making, we will process product confirmation and function testing.

9. Sample checking is ok, and we will process preparing material and mold making processing.

10. If sample is not necessary, we will process preparing material and mold making processing.

11. Mold making process, Planer/Shaper, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, CNC Milling, Texts,   EDM, Lathe, Polish, Heat treatment, Cr. Coating , Texture, Mold assembly.

12. After mold finished, we will process injection testing.

13. If the situation is not good for injection, we will modify on problems.

14. After modifying, we will test again.

15. Testing is ok. Customers confirm the final samples. We will produce by mass production.

16. After mass production, we will process product assembly and packing.

17. Shipment.

CAD,CAE Syetem

Now mold drawing, we use cad system in place of paper drawing. It can decrease the mistakes and is more precise and easy to correct. The mold flow analyze system can simulate the injection material, cavity location, and size to analyze all kinds injection situation. We can avoid all big design problems.

Mold Manufacture

After drawing process, it is entering the mold making process. In order to keep all flow paths on time, we are good at control all process’s time and arrange the order of making. It can take you less time for product development in the best efficient.
To do a good job, one must first sharpen one’s tools. If we have excellent technology, we also need good machine to collocate. It can improve our mold and product quality.

Mould Making:

1. Material of steel
cavity and core use imported S136 stainless steel with fine polishing, high hardness to get mold's high precision and good quality.

2.about gate 
pin-valve gate ,pneumatic drive the nozzle pin simultaneous high speed open and close action. which can effectively control the injection hole open and close actions on each cavity. reliable seal function, smooth moving, low thermal expansion rate ,long using life and also saves electric energy.

3.about hot runner 

hot runner system is designed and made by ourselves, it can achieve ideal and prompt heating effect for preform production ,cavity with lower injection pressure to reduce wear and tear of mould parts.

4.heat system 
with double heating system,it has separate temperature control mode ,the heat bar are used to heat the mould mainfold plate,small heaters supply the heating temperature for cavity nozzle continuously.

5.cooling system 
each parts including core ,cavity and valve gate has independently cooling system.

6.heat treatment 
mechanical treatment cavity and core to prolong service life ,nitrogen treatment with neck screw.with fitly operation ,guarantee Long using life over 2.0 million shots of injection cycle
