Details

Diesel particulate filter is exhaust treatment device that reduces diesel particulate matter through filtration. It can reduce emissions of PM,HC,and CO by 85 to 90 percent. DPF must be periodically regenerated to remove the collected particulate matter. DPF can incorporate passive regeneration technique, such as the catalyzed particulate filter, or can incorporate active regeneration technique, such as the electrially regenerated particulate filter.

 

 

 

 

 

The characteristics of the wall flow honeycomb diesel PM trapping substrates as well as PM filters produced in our company are as follows:

Broad band filtration (the diameters of the filtered particles are 0.2-150 µm);

Low back pressure;

High filtration efficiency (can be up to 70%-95%);

High refractory;

High mechanical properties.
