Toshangx Digital Positioning Automatic Screen Printing Machine J03 is suitable to replace manual bedplate printing machine. It is suitable for small amount proof printing and small order of high-precise printing.
*Press”Start”button, machine J03 starts to print followed designed program, once finish one plate, it will move to next plate automatically.
*Printing unit adopts high-precise liner guide rail, its movement is digitally positioning by high-precise servo motor. Squeegee carrier is controlled by PLC and human-computer interface, and it uses servo motor to control squeegee travel length, which makes the printing quality higher and it is more efficient than manual bedplate printing machine.
