• This pu sandwich panel production line is an automatic production line.
• In the PU sandwich paenl producing procedure, the product line can continuously produce sandwich panel with PU as its core material. The liquid state raw materials are continuously injected into the middle of two formed panels and reacting, foaming, solidifying in the double-beltl machine, furthermore, the PU sandwich panel could be cut out automatically according to the required length for users.
• The whole line is consisting of two decoilers, two film converers, cutting equipment, Two roll forming machines, one preheating, one PU foaming machine, one mobile injector, one double-belt laminator, one set of plastic blocks supporting corrugation skin, one hot-air circulator, one set of side chemical stopper, one automatic cutting machine, roller conveyor, steel platform, powered roller conveyor and auto control etc.
• Speed of the production line: Max. 8.6m/min ( frequency conversion to adjust speed )
• Total length of the production line: about 120 meters
• Total power of the production line: about 350KW
