Model YHL9380 CNC Gear Chamfering & Deburring Machine is a four axis with three linkages machine, which adopts vertical layout. Through the indexing of workpiece is controlled by torque motor.Column horizontal movement is driven by servo motor and tool head vertical movement drives finger cutter which is install on the universal angle head as so to for machining.The machine is equipped with two kinds of finger cutter which can chamfer and deburr for internal gear. The operation is convenient,except the unloading, the machine can automatic work cycle, and with high production efficiency,suitable for locomotive, tractors, heavy machine and wind energy industry and so on.
