As mud fluid from the mud pump enters the motor via the by-pass valve, a certain pressure difference is formed at the inlet and outlet of the motor, pushing the rotor to rotate. Torque and rotate speed are transferred via the cardan shaft and the driving shaft to the bit.

Performance of the down-hole drill motor depends mainly on performance parameters of the screw motor.

This product uses the high and new technology of coating to avoid coating off of rotors resulted from the traditional technology. Its strength and life are greatly improved.
