Our API drill pipes are of high physical property,for their strictly controlled processing of sulphur andphosphorus.To ensure the materials to meet even surpass therequirements of API Specification, heat treatment is on the basisof the actual chemical analysis of each heat of steel.Strictfull-length inspection especially on the weld-neck region ensuresthe drill pipes are of no defects.

All threads aremachined by CNC Lathes and inspected with API Spec standard threadgauges. To improve the galling-resistance during initial break-inand drilling operation, all threads are also phosphated orcoppered, and all the roots are cold rolled. The products shall beequipped with pressed steel or plastic steel thread protectors onthe connections.
