Dry Break Couplings

Dry disconnect coupling also called dry break coupling or dry break coupler, is a unique hose connection device providing an automatic mechanism to seal off both the hose and the fixed pipe end when the hose is disconnected. Dry Disconnect Couplings are optimized for safe handling of liquid and vapor with minimum spill during connection and disconnection.

Dry Break Coupling is unlike other quick connection couplings, such as tank truck couplings it allows the operation without significant leakage or loss of the medium, i.e. without or with little loss of medium. Dry disconnect couplings are the safest couplings for the safe discharge of polluting materials in the chemical and petroleum industry therefore you can have many practical applications, especially for where man/or the environment from (corrosive, toxic, explosive etc.) protected, as well as sensitive media (e.g. food, and products in pharmaceutical and fine chemical) must be protected from contamination by the environment.
