Cost analysis:the thickness of the UV liquid can be adjusted during coating.Normally the UV liquid is 3-5g/m2 and it can be dilutedby alcohol. One kilogram of UV liquid can coat an area of 300m2 pictures, which means that the actual cost is 0.3RMB/m2 to 0.5 RMB / m2.  The prime cost for coldlamination is 7.5RMB/m2; the prime film cost for inkjetprinter machine is 3-5 RMB/m2.
