Equipment introduction
These series are mainly used to produce one-way stretch PE film(stretch film, wrapping film), and fresh-keeping Film. Theproduction of the film has viscosity on one side or both sideswhich can be widely used in packaging of building materials,hardware accessories, etc. The screw and its canister are made of38 Al-Cr-Mo alloy and nitrogen processed. They are of highhardness, strong erosion resistance and endurance. Advancedautomatic control system for temperature control, T type die adoptsmulti-point adjustment, so that ensures a more uniform thickness ofmembrane material. Recycled water cooling device supplies goodcooling effect. Rolling device adopts the friction-type winding,and equipped with edge-cutting devices and remaining recycle devicemakes the film rolled more neatly.
