What is AAC block
AAC or ALC is abbreviation of Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete, which was first invented in 1923 by the Swedish architect and inventor Johan Axel Eriksson. It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels. With cement, lime, silica sand as raw materials, produced in high temperature, high pressure and steam curing, it’s a kind of porous silicate material of high performance, and has many incomparable performances of good fire-resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation, heat insulation, thermal insulation etc
