How to use?
1. "+" button, on press you can increase the voltage from 3v-6v, when you reach 6v it starts back at 3v
2. "-" button, on press you can decrease the voltage from 6v-3v, when you reach 3v it starts back at 6v
3. On/Off button, Hold the button down for 5 seconds to turn the device on, hold the button again for 5 seconds
