Introduction:

Blowing-filling-capping combi-block is based on rich and successful experience of complete line projects of ASG Group, merging technology of rotary, filling and capping, realizing continuous process of blowing, filling and capping through blowing process, filling process, capping equipment and intelligent integration innovation. This equipment is mainly composed of the following six systems: preform loading system, preform unscrambler, preform heating system, blowing, and filling, capping and electrical integration system.
Taking 24000BPH (500ml) water line for example, compared to traditional split technology, it can save more than 30% water, more than 15% electricity, more than 60% space, more than 20% equipment investment and more than 15% operation cost for users.
The capacity range is 8000-36000BPH for options.
