General Notes:
SJ series gear box is designed according to the advanced theory and method in same industry of Germany,especially used as Corotating Twin-screw Extruders.The gear box of this series have a smart figuration,compact construction,low noise,high carrying capacity,excellentefficiency,assure a exceptionally long time operation without failure a exceptionally long time operation without failure,with a offchance oil leak.The use age of main part can be reached 50000 hour.
Casting is designed to develop the ability of absorbing noise,made of high-quality cast iron,with full aging treatment and advanced manufacture procedure to assure a high Precision casting and maintain the accuracy.
All gear box are made of high quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi,20CrMnMo,20CrNi2MoA,case carburized and quenched with surface hardness 58~62 HRC, finish ground with quality class 6(GB/T10095-2001),lead and profile modifications that assure perfect contact under load,extended to a low noise and high efficiency performance.
Normally well-konwn bearings in China are used,such as:HRB,ZWZ,LYC etc
Normally imported seals are used,such as :Taiwan SOG etc
