5. Properties: White particles or crystal powder. Without odour, have sweet acerbity.
6. Uses: Preservative antimicrobial agent, widely used in food, pharmaceutical industry, cigarette, electroplating, mordant from dry printing industries. Plasticiser, antifreeze.
