four roller rolling working roll

   Tthere are different specification of this working roll. they are semi-finished products, and the specification is from dia.61mm to dia.600mm.    We can supply the work roll at the surface hardness of  HSD85-100. And in one work roll the hardness error is less than 3HSD. The depth of the hardness is more than 80mm at radius in material Cr1, Cr2, Cr3 or Cr12%. The material of those working rolls are Cr3 ,Cr5 ,Cr8 or Cr12. This work roll is used in cold reduction mill of 12 to 20 roller .
