FRP fiberglass conduit pipe

FRP conduit pipe products are made of glass fiber reinforced or

 reinforced plastic material. Because of using the different of resin, so

 there is a polyester fiberglass, glass fiber reinforced epoxy, phenolic FRP . 

Glass is hard and brittle,withgood transparency and high temperature resistance

corrosion resistance and other properties; while the steel is very hard and not 

brittle, but also has characteristics of high temperature  resistance.

 FRP pipe Features:

(1) ordinary low water absorption .common fiberglass water absorption is less than

 0.5%, while the water absorption of pultruded profiles is only 0.257% , suitable for use in wet environments.

(2) low coefficient of thermal insulation .

(3) corrosion resistance pultruded profiles soak 24h through  3% HCI solution  , the 

hardness retention rate was 95%; soak 3% NaCl aqueous solution 24h, the hardness 

retention rate was 89%. Therefore, windows and doors used by FRP pultruded profiles are not only for general houses, hotels, restaurants, and more suitable for the working environment in coastal areas and corrosive industrial plant use.

(4) adapt to environmental requirements . pultruded profiles used with low noise, high

 efficiency, low power consumption, pollution and other characteristics, in line with the

 relevant state environmental requirements.
