Pellet press machine:
1.High automation, high tech, without labor maintenancepellet press machine----Raw materials :
Wood sawdust, woodshavings, wood chips, straw, rice husk, coffee husk, palm fiber,animal maunre, etc.
As wood pelletproduction line, raw material often need to be well prepared beforepelletizing, first crushed , second being dried, compressed, thirdformed pellet in pellet machine , fouth being cooled by coller,then being packed by packing machine.
2.Different kinds ofcrusher ----Crushing process
Crushercrush materials by the priciple of collision between thehigh-speed hammer and materials.
1)OurWood chipping and crushing machine is best for wood log and woodboard and branches.
2)Ourstalk and grass crusher machine can crush the cotton stalk, smalltree branches, corn stalk, rice straw , wheat straw etc. Aftermilled, the output size can be 3-5 mm, then it can be dried by airflow dryer or Drum wood dryer.
3)Ourfurther crusher can crush wood chips with size of 50*50*35mm, itcan aso add cut blades and extra mouth which can crush wood chipsand straw at the same time by feeding in two mouth.
3.Drying process ---- Air flow dryer or Rotary DrumDryer
Aftercrushing process, the material should be dried to 10% moisturecontent which for pellet making process.
1)Ourair flow dryer has two type 600 and 800 .Mainly because the dia ofpipe is 600mm and 800mm, it is energy saving oven use 1/4 buringmaterial. 600 has a capaciy of 1t/h, matched our wood pelletmachine model JMX-9S-1, 800 has a capaciy of 1.5-2t/h, matched ourwood pellet machine model JMX-9S-3.
2)Rotarydryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary body, which ishigh efficiency in drying the wood and other block biomassmaterial(animal material). It use steam to heat air and accompanymaterial to remove moisture.
