Product details GX-SSP series double-chambered glass tempering furnace is mainly used to facades of building, curtain walls, domestic appliance, furniture, etc.
1. The heating furnace has two chambers, one for preheating and the other for heating. So working efficiency is high and the output is 1.6 to 1.8 times larger than that of single-chamber furnace.
2. Preheating chamber and tempering chamber are equipped with an independent heating source. Glass enters the preheating chamber first and then the tempering one to get heated.
3. A preheating section is added in the front part of it. Preheating glass before it enters tempering chamber keeps the glass evenly heated, which further increase the end-product rate of glass.
