GLOBE VALVES-NEEDLE VALVES

Application

Needle valve can be applied on all pipes and plant withnon-aggressive fluids for body materials listed in list of materialsand specificied in European standards.

Maximal allowable differential pressure is equal to nominal pressure.

Before installation it is needed to check mark on body for allowed flow direction.

Testing

Et the end of production process for every needle valve finaltesting is performed. In this testing functionality in manipulating andin sealing are tested. This testing is performed according with normsand standards for testing (EN 12266, API 598, GOST 9544, BS 6755:1, DIN3230, etc.).

All testing are recorded according with established and certifiedprocedures of Quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000.

Basic features

Basic features of the globe valves are:

• Body material, trim (stem and seating surfaces), and end connections are accordingto tables
• testing in accordance with EN 12266-1, tests P10, P11 and P12
• external surface protection with paint.

By special request we are be able to deliver following features:

• other materials for body and bonnet
• other trim materials
• other type of end connections (threaded, butt, or socket welding ends)
