   1. Design pressure: Single mechanical seal :6Kg/Sq.Cms, 

                   Double mechanical seal:10Kg/Sq.Cms

2. Design temperature: -30 to +200°C

3. Operating temperature: -30 to +200°C

 4. Sparkle test: High voltage spark test after glass lining at 20000V' before shipment at   10000V.

5. Glass-enamel layer thickness: 1.5-2.3MM

6.Corrosion resistance: organic or inorganic acid, organic solution and weak alkaline corrosion (not including hydrofluoric acid, which the consistency of fluorine medium is more the 30%, phosphoric acid and alkali ,when consistency are more than 30% and temperature higher than or equal to 180°C

7. Resistance to sharp temperature variation: cool shock 110°C, hot shock 110°C.
