This foaming line is special designed for refrigerator and freezer cabinet or door, the line is composed by 24 workstations which circle running on ground guide-railway, it's foaming carrier’s amounts may be decided by custmer's requirements. The system of this foaming line includes the following parts: actuating system by chian and motor, heating oven, plateform for foaming machine instalation,steaming heating and ventilation system, work plateform,autoinjection system,unlocking apparatus, vehicle with fixtures, guiders for locking and unlocking apparatus, assistant locking mould apparatus, foaming fixture etc. the whole line has following advantages: small and compact configration,being easy to adjust and manufacturing different products, high productivity etc
