Guiding Sleeves for heavy presses

This is a guiding sleeve for a 4000-ton hydraulic press.

sizes: 1600mm x 1200mm.

SAM adopts its own proprietary zinc alloy ZA303( an equivalent to ZA27) to make guiding sleeves

for mechanical and hydraulic presses. In combination with special additives and particular manufacture technologies,the guiding sleeves meet the high demands on their performance and operation safety. ZA303 Zinc cast alloy is a substitute for copper alloys in making guiding sleeves.

SAM develops and produces guiding sleeves for heavy presses to customers' drawings and specifications. Consultation is available, on request.
