Factory:
We own excellent crafts team, stable quality and mass manufacturing ability. Our production capacity is 20 containers per month for marble and mosaics. We own big ganswa in our factory, so we can cut blocks by ourselves which will reduce the cost effectively. With the rich experience in mosaic products, we can supply different products according to customers’ demands.
QC
1. Selection mines
We have our own mines home and abroad. We select the best quality blocks and insisting in selecting in the same mine to ensure the unification of the quality.
2. Selection raw material
According to different designs and customer requests, we select blocks and slabs with suitable colors and veins to increase the yield and avoid waste.
3. Monitoring the whole process
From cutting to mounting, the workers are all well aware of the standards and
kick out the unqualified the chips on sight to avoid wasting more sources and
our QC crews to make sure of that.
4. Checking piece by piece
Checking piece by piece of finished products according to customer’s requirements. Any defective one will be revised before packed.
