This equipment set is used exclusively for the steel belt radial tire's normal and slant hexagon steel wheel. There are two types of single unit and double unit. After the steel ply is moved by the moving device,it is cleaned, rust removed,dired, and extruder adhensive application,then, it is cooled and stored. Finally, the main machine carried out shape setting and winding. Outside dimension specification range of the winded steel ply:15"-25" the unloading of the steel ply is by automated receiving mechanism. This equipment largely reduces manual labor strength and meets human engineering design concept.
