2. Terms and details.
| 1). Delivery time: 14days for 20ft container and 20 days for 40'HQ container upon receipt of 30% deposit. |
| 2). MOQ: Small order is acceptable. For the large size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 10pcs per model; for the small and medium size chairs, the minimum order quantity is 30pcs per model. |
| 3). Payment terms: T/T in advance (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment) |
| 4). Quality: high quality, strict quality control in all process. |
| 5). Sample: Office chair sample can be provided for the customer based on the price of 20ft container. |
| 6). Color: There are more than 30 colors available for the customers from different countries to choose |
| 7). Material: Material: For the chairs, the upholstery material also can be replaced with PVC, microfiber synthetic leather, bonded leather, split leather, top grain leather, regular fabric, fire-retardant fabric, Taiwan Yida fabric. |
| 8). Customized design: Customer's design and logos are welcome, fabric tag of customer logo can be sewed on each chair |
| 9). Packing: EPE bag + 5-ply strong caton or as customer's requirements. 1 pc per carton. |
