3. High Precision to ±0.02 mm;
4. Design & develop mold tool as per drawing or actual sample;
5.Special design is welcome, certain modification can be done according to customer's requirements,such as drilling, painting , punching, silk-screen, painting and ect.
6. With complete set of machines, such as CNC, precision grinder, precision spark machine, Japan ShaDiKe, CNC milling machine, etc.
7. Own CNC processing center ,CNC spark working machines and various advanced mould toolng equipment, also have a CAD/CAM/CAE mould design and developing center.
8. Own a professional team consisting of professional mold Senior Engineers and Technical personnel;
9. Mold Production Lead time: normally 20 - 25days
10. Packing: Packing:Wooden case/Crate(As per customer's request)
11. Payment: T/T 30% upon order /confirm/ied, balance 70% upon sample /confirm/ied.
