Introduction:

I.Vibrating screen

XZS series vibrating sieve is one of precise powder sieve with low noise and high efficiency. It needs only 3-5 minutes to replace the screen rapidly, all closed structure. It was used to filter particles, powder and mucila.

II.Principle of the structure:

XZS series vibrating sieve uses upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, changed circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movements to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom changing the movement orbits in the surface screen.

iii.Features:

1) High efficiency, refined design, duration, any powders and mucilage are suitable for using.
2) Easily replace the screen, simple operation and convenience washing.
3) Never jam the mesh with no powder flying and filter size of the powder between 0.025mm and   0.028mm.
