Introduction
- This machine is mainly used for the cap screwing of plastic round bottles on the packaging lines of medicine, foodstuffs and chemical industries etc.
- The whole machine consists of conveying belt, cap conveying mechanism, bottle clipping&cap screwing mechanism and electrical controling part.
- Controlling system adopts PLC with colorful man-machine touch screen which makes operation very easy.
- Bottle and cap contacting parts are made of stainless steel 304 and nontoxic wearable rubber. And whole outshell is made of SS304.
- Meets GMP standard.
Usage
- During operation, bottle caps are put behind the conveyor hopper, and they are delivered through the lifting belt into the entrance of screwing device.
- Two pieces of synchronous belts and three sets of screwing wheels implement the screwing function, and further adjusted by mechanical twisting force which makes the cap screwing accurate.
- Caps in wrong direction will be rejected automatically by rejecting system.
