Structural description:
Inner liner(Anti-corrosive liner): Plastic is imported from famous company. It has good performance in anti-corrosion and can keep a good stabilization specially in impermeable at a big temperature range.
The secord liner(Reinforcement liner):
Reinforcement liner: The reinforcement liner contains certain filaments. While contains of resin amount to 30-40%. It has good strength in mechanical. It can protect the inner surface liner in the case of crazing occurs in structural ply.
Using high quality plastic pipe for lining layer and special EXABOND Technology to reinforce the connection of liner and FRP.
Good quality and advantage:
1. Light weight: density of FRP is about 1.5-1.9g/cm3. That is 1/4 of the steels. while its strength is much higher. And it is much lighter than the metal vessels.
2. Corrosion-resistance.
3. Low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal insulation.
4. Smooth inner surface, easy cleaning.
5. Easily forming and maintenance convenient.
