Hot dip galvanizing process:
Wire mesh is warmed to be plated, zinc melted base material is immersed in liquid after which infiltration combined very closely, the middle is not easy for residual impurities or defects, is similar to the two materials in the coating layer portion fused together beside that the zinc coating is stick, up to 100microns, high corrosion resistance, salt spray test 96h no problem, equivalent to 10 years under normal environment.
