Hot Melt Unit

APPLICATION:

HMU200 is used for jointing two components by melt the plastic pillar.
This process can ensure good quality and low equipment cost. It is mainly
applied in the factory of digital electronics products. Such as the Digital
Camera, all the keystrokes are melted on the shell of camera at its backside.

 Concept:

The melting-head is fixed on the top plate of machine and when it gets to
the temperature, the machine is ready for work. There is special fixture for
different product, the operator only need to put in the fixture on which was
load with product, start dual-button, machine will lift fixture upwards and the
plastic pillar will touch the melting-head slowly, two parts are joint together
with a suitable form pillar.

 Fixture and Melting-head:

Different product has different modular-fixture and modular-melting-head.
To changeover, you just change the above two devices.
