Shenyang Huayang SY Hydraulic cone crusher is a model hydraulic upgrade of S series spring cone crusher.

(1)    The insurance , adjustment ,lock and cavity of SY hydraulic cone crusher can realize fully hydraulic control. Small specifications, such as SY90 (3 feet ) has the function of cleaning cavity . SY185( 4 feet ) cleaning cavity system has been greatly improved. Big specifications, such as SY280(5feet)and SY 400(7 feet ),cleaning cavity system is greatly simplified ,which is very easy to operate and maintain.

(2)    Both standard and short head hydraulic cone crusher can full feed , with 15% higher production than S series spring cone crusher. Fine fraction content between S and H series ,  and the percentage of the throughput is about 70~75%.

(3)    SY hydraulic cone crusher have more cavity shape for customer to choose.

(4)    With the rolling processing , the surface of hydraulic cone crusher is hard, good finish and high dimensional accuracy; Sealers adopt imported parts and are durable.

(5)    Wearing parts of hydraulic cone crusher can be in general S series ,such as rolling mortar wall ,broken wall, big or small gear , copper sets , bowls ,throes plate and so on.

(6)    Hydraulic cone crusher adopts PLC programmable controller control system , and can realize automatic interlock control during the whole process of start , operation and stop. Hydraulic system can implement manual control.

(7)    The dust institutions of hydraulic cone crusher uses dry oil seal. Sealing ring is supported with hose Its structure is reliable and has low failure rate .
