Material: 

1. Piston Rod (chrome rod also available): High tensile steel rod is precision ground, polished and hard chrome-plated to prevent damage & corrosion and provide extended cylinder life in harsh applications.

2. Piston (steel and aluminium also available): Precision-machined, cast iron provides a malleable bearing surface for extended life.

3. Tube (20#/45# steel): Precision-finished skive and burnished heavy wall steel tubing for extended seal and cylinder life.

4. Rod Cap & Clevis Cap (45#steel, copper and aluminium also available): Ductile cast iron comes with drilled oil passages, offering increased bearing surface for high shock and side load applications.

5. Seals: O-rings and back-up washers, washers, wearing, back-up ring, rod wiper, gland retainer.

Specialised or Customised manufactured seals for high pressure, high temperature and low friction applications.

Service and Quality Assurance:

OEM service is offered too.
