Deck Crane

Derrick crane is mainly used for assembling construction of roads, cross river cross sea steel box beam of cable-stayed bridge, the equipment is installed on the bridge deck, and accurately and safely lift the steel box girder section from sea beam transport ship (or steel trestle bridge) to the bridge deck for assembling and welding, and it can also be used to hoist for other beam block or steel girder.

It is mainly divided into fixed Derrick crane, luffing Derrick crane and tower type Derrick crane and its derivatives products "shore crane".

Fixed Derrick Crane:

     1, It is mainly used for erection the pier beam of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge and the standard girder:

     2, Feeding under the bridge;

     3, Use front support and back anchor for supporting;

     4, Precisely adjust the position of the beam through the luffing mechanism and hanger adjusting

 mechanism;

     5, Symmetrically erect from both sides to shorten the period

Luffing Derrick Crane:

1. It is mainly used for erection the pier beam of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge and the standard girder:

2. Feeding under the bridge;

3. Use front support and back anchor for supporting;

4. Precisely adjust the position of the beam through the luffing mechanism and hanger adjusting

 mechanism;

5. Symmetrically erect from both sides to shorten the period.

Tower Type Derrick Crane

1. It is mainly used for erection the standard section of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge;

2. Rear feeding; Moving the girder by girder carrier to inside the derrick crane, and use the

 winch trolley lifting the beam, rotation and then erection;

3. Use front support and back anchor for supporting.
