Hydraulic power unit is a main component of hydraulic system (power supply). It is a working medium which provides certain pressure and flow. Install imperative hydraulic valves on the hydraulic power unit, then it can directly control the hydraulic pressure to carry out component working. It is made up by power supply (oil pump), control part (valves) and electric appliance components (electric appliance tank), and widely used in industries such as grinding wheel, aluminum product, rubber products, plates, coal, carbon and steel.
[Installing methods]
The arrangement method of pump unit of the hydraulic power unit is overhead type. Place the pump unit in the overhead type hydraulic power unit of the oil box.
1. when adopting the upright electromotor and placing the hydraulic pump into the oil box, it is called upright type;
2. when adopting the horizontal electromotor, it is called horizontal type;
3. In non-overhead hydraulic power unit, the parallel arrangement of pump unit and oil box is sideward type.
4. The method of placing the pump unit under the oil box is called underneath type.
