This model with key part of stator and rotor, which is linear cutting, It can disperse, mix and emulsify various kind of liquid with different viscosity by high shearing power. Widely used in production of food, beverage, fragrance, cosmetic, shampoo, asphalt/bitumen emulsion, shampoo..
Features:
- three sets of precision engieered stator and rotor inside of the chamber
- double end mechanical seal, can design water protector according to requirement
- perfect emulsifying, reach micro-emulsion, suitable for high requirement emulsion
- adopt elastic connection, low noise, prolong the service life
- material: all parts contract with material is ss304 or ss316L stainless steel
