The insulation joint is composed by structure parts, insulating ring, filling material, sealing ring and short tube. It is fabricated by extruding and welding without any usage of bolt or flange. The insulating material and the seal ring are fixed in structural parts without relative movement with them, which ensures joints sealing capacity. The insulation joint works well under earth pressure, pipeline operating pressure and hydrostatic test.
