Our company heat transfers are tested using a 50 wash cycle test and resist cracking and peeling. We have passed the “Wash Test” standard.

Our heat transfer labels can be die cut, printed in four color process or produced with reflective inks for added visibility. 

Usage nstruction:

1.film label Silkscreen printing,

2.Film thickness: 0.075mm

3.Peeling way:hot peel or cold peel according to your chooice.

4.Transfer temperature:140--160 centigrade,

5.Dwell time: 5-10s

6.Transfer press: 5--6kg

7.Color fastness: 4--5 grades

8.Glue fitness: fine
